Today I decided it was time for me to stop being lazy and hit the gym. So right after my class I hit the cardio room at my school. Ran 4 miles burned about 350 calories.. not bad considering its my first day back at the gym in about a year. I was curious about how much I weigh too and Im lucky to say that Im the same weight as I was since high school and its been three years since I graduated High School. I have high metabolism which is pure AWESOMEness =) I don't gain weight that easily I stay pretty much the same weight, which is weird lol but its cool I like it that way =).
